Pilot Participation Survey
The Tampa CV Pilot Program needed a survey created and displayed on the website where people could answer questions about participating.
The survey was created to find specific people for the pilot. For instance, only certain years of cars were allowed, and certain types of mirrors were allowed.
I built the survey and participant portal with PHP and MySQL. The data needed to be encrypted, and required a secure login to be able to accessed.
Only a few staff plus myself were able to access the data.
